The seventeenth data releases for Spirit and Opportunity are now online. This release contains data and documentation from the first 1440 sols after landing.

NOTE: APXS Elemental Abundance data and Atmospheric Opacity data for this release have not yet been delivered to PDS.
Information for new users (not a link)
The MER Analyst's Notebook (AN) provides access to the Mars Exploration Rover (MER) Mission data archives by integrating sequence information, engineering and science data, and documentation into standard web-accessible pages to facilitate mission "replay."
Data in the AN are produced by the MER science teams. The intended audience is the PDS science community. New users are encouraged to refer to the online User's Guide and to mission documentation contained within the Notebook.

The MER Analyst's Notebook Sol Summary interface has been updated.
  • Data listed for each sol are grouped by sequence.
  • Selecting a product sequence results in a list of all products within the sequence. Individual products may be viewed from the list.
